Обновление xorg-server-1.13.0-r1 и сбой в сборке xf86-video-displaylink-0.3

После обновления xorg-server до версии 1.13.0-r1 перестал собираться модуль xf86-video-displaylink-0.3. При восстановлении xorg-server-1.12.4 все происходит "без единого разрыва".
Вопрос: что изменилось в версии 1.13.0 и как под ней завести xf86-video-displaylink-0.3 ?

Это потому что ты не там смотришь.

Цитату я приводил только с точки зрения иллюстрации того, что упомянутый тобой драйвер в конфликте с Х-сервером версии 1.13 не уникален.
Откуда следует вывод о целесообразности посещения родного баг-трекера.
И, если похожих багов не наблюдается, то следует не лениться и оповестить мэйнтейнеров о том, что конкретная версия конкретного драйвера, с которым у тебя возникли проблемы, конфликтует с xorg-server'ом 1.13 с целью как минимум корректировки списка зависимостей в ебилде.

Проблема имеет место быть (у меня воспроизводится по крайней мере). Рекомендую (как уже заметил Анархист) завести баг на http://bugs.gentoo.org с указанием того, что ebuild из оверлея x11 (можно прям в теме пометить [x11-overlay])
